Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

• Refunds are provided only for services not yet initiated.
• For partially completed projects, refunds will be calculated after deducting the cost of completed work.
• SEO, SMM, and PPC campaigns are non-refundable once initiated.

2. Course Refunds

• Refunds for online courses are available only if requested within 7 days of purchase and if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
• Refunds are not applicable for completed courses or those with downloadable resources.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Clients and students must provide written notice to cancel services or courses.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10–15 business days after review.

4. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the transaction.
